In 1968, Graham moved to Los Angeles and with bandmates formed Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young. He has developed a parallel career as a photographer, collector and digital imaging pioneer. Nash began collecting photographs in 1971, and by the late 1980s he had built one of the most important collections in private hands, including more than 2,400 prints by both early photographers and modern masters of the medium. In 1990, he sold his collection at auction and invested the income in Nash Editions, the first fine-art digital printmaking studio in the world.
